"Krispy Clean did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets and in a very timely manner. The staff was friendly and responsive. My only warning would be: When they give you a quote on the phone it may not be the same as when they arrive and measure. I have wool carpet and there was a significant difference in pricing, almost double. I had taken the day off to accommodate the carpet cleaning so I did proceed. The carpets look great, but I think I paid too much."

"Bryan was very knowledgeable about the stains in my carpet. He acknowledged that one particular stain has worked its way into the interior part of the carpet and would likely work its way to the top of the carpet again over time.
