Very responsive. Came out the day after we called to give an estimate, and we received the bid the next day. Price was very competitive. Work was done in a timely and professional manner. We were impressed with Superior, and have since used them to have a new water heater installed - and will be using them again in the future.

It went fantastic. Mine is an older home that I am renovating, These guys had to adapt the existing ductwork, venting, gas piping, thermostat and the electrical. Their work was done professionally and in an afternoon. They were polite and fun to be around. I have no regrets about hiring them and have and would again recommend them to anyone.

We had built our home and the builder, who was a complete dolt, was not doing his job. When we had an issue with a HVAC problem we knew we couldn't count on the builder so we called the person who was sub-contracted out. We called Superior Plumbing & Heating to help. They were very responsive, helpful, curtious, professional and took extra time to answer any and all questions for us.
It's not just that they came out as quickly as possible on a weekend, but were friendly and helpful. This is not the norm in the north woods of Wisconsin.
