"At the end of the inspection I was positive that I was not going to use him. He gave me like a huge laundry list of things that needed to be done. After he was finished he said that it would cost me $15000. There was no way all of this going be $15000. It was like these little things he tarried about because he wanted to get paid as the coupons were so cheap. He had no suggestions about minimum cost. The thing about him was he did not give us any options, everything he gave was for us to do things. There are always levels of priority and I did not get anything at all from him."

"Not much to say , work was arranged he came , a bit later then mention but he called ahead and inform me.  During the work , he found a minor problem let me know about it and I ask if he could do it either now or later.  He had the time and was able to do the work , so no extra arranging of time was needed.  When smoothly."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"They did an excellent job the opening to the crawl space had to expanded to allow entry of a man, and Saunders was able to do this. They installed a bathroom fan , so that the fan could be vented to the outdoors instead of into the Attic. Saunders personnel were able to tell me what they saw while down in the crawl space, which included other issues that I will need to resolve in the future, but which I'm glad to be made aware of. Per my brother who is an engineer, Saunders did an excellent job of both lining and insulating the crawl space and insulating the attic. My brother is picky so I can recommend Saunders installation specialist."

"Mat did a wonderful job at laying out the system and installing it according to his design. He was on time and on budget. We had bids from another installer and Mat was right there on price and actually included a few things that were not on the other bid. I would not hesitate to have him do more work for me as he is as honest and sincere as they come. Glenn Griswold"

"The man I talked to was very professional and timely. However, he explained that this particular job was beyond the scope of what their company does. I would certainly use them on another 'issue'.

DIY house plans can be a good place to start to help visualize your project, but you should always defer to a professional before trying to proceed with the project.

Yes, modular homes offer a wide range of customization options for layout, finishes, and features.

When planning a general remodeling project, it's important to define the scope of work, understand your goals, and set a clear, detailed budget.
