He has a great relationship with his subcontractors and that was prominent when issues arose as they were quickly fixed. We provided Gerry with a professional drawing of the basement and he provided his thoughts and made quality improvements without changing the overall layout. Our basement was built during the COVID pandemic and Gerry stored masks and disinfectant directly outside our front door so all parties involved felt comfortable and safe. During the initial quote was honest about the supply chain disruption and the potential for delay in supplies. Overall, it was fantastic to have an individual flexible and accommodating to the changing environment. The quality of finished basement exceeded our expectations by far. We were skeptical of hiring a general contractor at first, but have no questions since hiring Gerry. If we were to build a home or have another significant remodel, we would hire Gerry again in a heartbeat."

As we explained our plans, he asked questions but never said we won't be able to do that or change our minds to do something we didn't want. We had them remove four windows and replace 3 of them them were able to get exactly the windows we wanted. Took out two walls and opened up the room. Opened a walkway into the bathroom. Moved an intake vent. Painted, layed tile, converted bathtub into shower. We were very happy with the results. My wife loves her new master bedroom."
