Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
Got an estimate in April, went through all the steps for picking out edging, stone, mulch. Was given a â verbal quoteâ for edging that matched my current one and told I was 5th in line & it would be done in May. I had to reach out after May was over to find out when they were coming. In June, I was told theyâ d be there the 2nd week of June. That came and went so I reached out again and was then told that someone did a â walk around my homeâ to see if they could match current edging and was told this wasnâ t possible. I have cameras all around my home and there was NO way anyone ever came to look! I was put last and delayed over and over while they posted photos of work at high end homes. I took a day off for when they said theyâ d be here and he canceled the night before. So much for a company that cares about good customer service, communication and honesty!
