"UPDATE- after posting a review on Angi I was contacted and Ryan did come and move plumbing at no charge. Very polite.Original post - Very responsive to put a bid in. Came and did the job. Did not place plumbing in the desired location. When brought to his attention. Said it would be fine. After vanity arrived and plumbing was obviously not fine. Contacted Ryan through text. He said he stop In that Friday to move to plumb. Ryan no-showed. Contacted again through text. Again he said that Friday. And again he no-showed. Now after multiple texts, he does not reply. I paid him top dollar for a half days work. And am very dissatisfied with his customer relations."

"I highly recommend Everdry. They installed a waterproofing system a few years ago that worked great. Recently, due to an extremely wet spring, water appeared in a different section of the basement. "My hunting land needed stumps, trees and brush removed and a trail system created. Evan came out and walked the 90 acres with me. I explained what my ideas were for improving the hunting on the property. He did make some recommendations for the land and repairs to the pond. He had improvements on other properties, which worked well his customers. I gave him my budget and he believed he would be in budget. Some issues come up on my side and they were very willing to work me get it done. My hunting party and I are very happy with the work done. My 76 yr old father in law and friend that had a stroke can easily navigate for hunting. They worked long days due to a rain delay. This was to stay on the work schedule for the next customer. I would HIGHLY recommend Evan and Josh for rotary head and high hoe work. My neighbors and I have another project we are planning for the next year. I wanted to load photos of the work done, but the app will not let me."

"I cannot say enough good things about Rich and his crew at Custom Craft Environmental. After having our sump get overwhelmed by 7+ inches of rain, we were lost. Made several calls to "national" water clean up companies with no reason. Rich was at our house 2 hrs after we called and his crew was there the next morning. I initially had a poor interaction with Mike that did not result in solving the above plumbing problem above. However, he has since connected with me and resolved the issue fairly.  He did an excellent job the first time I hired him (successfully unclogging a tub drain). Even though the second time we hired him was not successful (and we had to hire a second plumber to resolve the problem) we will use him in the future because he reached out to resolve our concerns in a professional manner.

"They arrived on time. Left the bathroom where the work was done clean. The job was done correctly and I haven't had any problems with their installation. There was a mistake in the billing - it was supposed to go to a different address and wasn't received so they added a late fee. When I called them about it they fixed it - I was happy. Note: The price charged included the cost of the new toilet, I had a sink and they were fine with installing that."
