Neal was recommended to me by another company as I needed possible mold remediation as well as drywall repair. He gave me a quote and promised me that he was honest and trustworthy. He had his worker do the mold remediation work and start of the drywall repair. He promised me that he would come back to finish the drywall work but he never came back. He kept telling me that he had other more pressing things. He was actually rude to me in his response when I questioned him on when he would be returning. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Neal contacted me promptly after I expressed interest through the Angi app. Although I was out of town at the time, we were able to coordinate a visit for shortly after my return. There was some initial confusion regarding the payment process, as the link to pay came from a different number than their typical communication channel. However, I eventually received the correct link on the day of the scheduled visit and completed the payment. When Neal arrived, he was on time, courteous, and appeared knowledgeable. He set clear expectations, and at that point, I was very satisfied with the service. He performed the inspection, took air samples from several areas in the basement, and informed me that the samples would be submitted to a lab for analysis. After the visit, Neal continued to provide updates, stating that the lab results were delayed. Once he received them, he sent me a few screenshots that appeared to be excerpts from a lab report. He informed me that one room had failed, but he did not clearly explain what that meant. He also sent a quote with a breakdown of estimated costs to remediate the mold via text. Because the screenshots showed spore counts by mold category, I conducted my own research and did not find the results to be especially alarming. I requested the full lab report in order to better understand the findings. I was particularly concerned because one of the screenshots he sent had the heading Dining Room, even though he only took samples from the basement. This raised doubts as to whether the results were actually from my home. Despite multiple requests, Neal did not provide a complete copy of the lab report. He claimed there wasn t really a formal report just numbers and words even though the screenshots he sent clearly came from some kind of report. I reiterated that I would like to see the full version, but received no further documentation. After about a week of follow-up attempts, I tried texting the same number I had used previously, but received an automated reply from Angi stating that the number was no longer valid. The contact number I had also did not match what is currently listed in Angi, and I was left without a way to resolve the issue or receive the report I had paid for. I have attached the screenshots I was given, including a screenshot of the estimate I was given for remediation of the mold.

Neal explained everything very well and is very friendly. They kept their promises and completed the work at a reasonable cost and on a reasonable timeline.

I thought I had mold in a house that I just bought. Workers were on time and very professional. They did a mold test, which ended up being negative. I would hire them again

Very outstanding company, I had an bad mold problem in my bathroom they came out and fixed it remarkably fast, they took every precaution to make sure all the mold and installation affected were removed safely and swiftly, they placed plastics over the floor to isolate the collected mold on the floor (meant a lot since I have children) overall I am extremely satisfied and grateful to the company for their time and dedication to the job.

I hired Wi_MOLD to set up a negative air and treat some mold in my home. The demolition price and cleaning were out of budget but my family and church helped me out to get the job done. Brandon and Tom were wonderful. They care about you, and your home, and have so many helpful tips. Everything they recommended I did what I could afford but my health is improving every day because of them.

I had a major water leak at one of my rentals. Honestly, if it was not for WI-MOLD Tom Neal and Brandon I dont know what I would of done. They guided me through the entire process. I am highly allergic to mold and I had it everywhere. Neal was so knowledgeable of it he got it tested ,removed, and retested when done. His crew did the remodeling They did insulation, drywall, painting, floors kitchen and bath. Just look at the photos . Its amazing . Hire them for any project honest trustworthy straight forward no bs. Good people whom understand water damage mold and insurance work. Jen Mi
