I hired Elvir to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in my home after water damage. He and his employee were professional and courteous to me and my home. The flooring installed was thinner than the previous flooring (carpeting) and the existing baseboard would either have a gap between it and the floor or it would not cover up to where the paint was a different color which would mean painting the entire home. He suggested getting a wider baseboard to solve the issue which was a less expensive and a quicker fix. I am very pleased with the end result. I would hire this company for any other projects I may have in the future.

Platinum Construction did a variety of jobs for us in updating an older home including raising a sunken living room floor, installing laminate flooring throughout, installing wood baseboards, hanging a new exterior door, installing kitchen countertops and various other minor repairs. It seemed there was nothing they could not do. At all times they were punctual, hardworking, courteous and pleasant to have around. Elvir is a very good craftsman and his prices are fair. We feel very fortunate to have had him as our contractor. Thanks again, Elvir!

Originally wanted an estimate for the dining room to be replaced with laminated flooring. Decided to do the dining and living room, about 700 sq. ft. total. Estimate went much higher after old flooring was starting to get removed due to typical 1940's house with many layers uncovered including horsehair carpet padding, TWO layers of carpet, glued down rubber-backing from first old carpet, and old warped hardwood over diagonal lap boarding. Entire area had to be covered in plywood to create a new subfloor. Elvir and his crew arrived at 8am every day and worked until after 5 pm for three days straight. They had to endure furniture in their way as we shuffled things around to make room. Their attention to detail is great, even several short pieces of baseboard to make rounded wall corners look good. (Fit like puzzle pieces) They even loaded hundreds of lbs. of debris into my utility trailer for two different days, which I dumped every morning at 7am when BDI opened. The new floor looks fantastic, there are no more squeaks, and it feels rock solid. (There were soft spots before) Our daughter even comments that the constant squeaking is gone now, and things are quieter. (Her bedroom is in the basement) My wife was so happy with the new look that she cried, and that’s a success in my book. We’re thinking of doing a couple other rooms later, and Elvir will be doing that work as well.

Elvir is extremely knowledgeable, was very professional and always a gentleman showing total respect to us and our needs. He also had consideration for our neighbors to ensure no paint drifted onto their houses or vehicles. We walked down the job and he provided positive feedback of what should be done and how he would perform the work. His bid was fair and working around the wind and heat, they did an impeccable job. They moved all the potted plants and furniture away from the house and covered everything to ensure paint did not get on anything. Home Advisor only allowed up to 5 Stars – but he rates a 10 in our book. We will definitely call on him again for any future work. Elvir and your Team – “bol’shoye tebe spasibo” for a job well done!

Competent, dependable and find ways to get difficult project done!

We are so glad we hired Platinum Construction for our flooring project. The owner and his team are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They were very conscientious throughout all phases of the project from demolition to install to cleanup. They were punctual and the job was completed on schedule. And they are genuinely nice people! Our floors look amazing. We plan to hire Platinum Construction in the future to paint the exterior of our house.

They were on time, kind, considerate of me working from home, good work for the money we paid. Hope to have them do more for us in the future.

My project was small, but still willing to do the job. Cleaned up after the project and very friendly.

The team was very effective, getting the work done in spite of challenges such as uneven flooring and walls that are not even (my house is older and has undergone some good remodels and some not-so-good.) I appreciated their helpful suggestions and that they were not visibly upset when things did not go as planed. I will have them return in the future for additional work because they were honest and effective!
