Eric was very professional and didn't bad mouth the other contractor's work or pick it apart. Typically, Rick would present an invoice and request full payment immediately for the whole project well in advance of the work even starting. In May, June and early July 2024 I asked Rick repeatedly to install at least one of the systems to have some relief from the triple-digit heat. I also repeatedly asked him to deliver the equipment for the second system as well, which he ignored. One unit was finally installed on July 20, 2024.
