We no longer have mice. York's was timely in keeping their appointment. He evaluated our home for problem areas, set traps, educated us about mice (very informative) and suggested things we could do to prevent future issues. We were very pleased with the service.

They are very thorough and punctual. We are on a call back schedule. They call to let us know when it is time for the spider spray. We then call to make the appointment. They are always on time. If they cannot be on time they do call to let you know they are running late. They are very professional and they do an excellent job.
