From the very beginning of the project, he provided a clear contract with a drawing that showed he understood our design request. During the course of the work, he used an app that showed the progress of the work, including pictures. At the end of each day's effort, everything was put in order and tidied up until the next work day began. The entire project was done within the budget and the schedule we needed. They got 4 rooms done in one day and we could walk on them that evening. Michael even helped to restain an area that had become sun bleached to match the rest of the flooring.
