I think your business model is poor from a customer standpoint. I'm not convinced I got a quality job. It looks OK, but what I was sold was not what I got, then the installation had to be done over... I just lost confidence in the work."

"I called Sunrise to ask for their ability to remove a fallen tree that fell onto our house.  Since there were many fallen trees that day, the owner came to our house to see the damage and said the tree service couldn't come until after dark, but they could remove the tree even in the dark.  They arrived with a huge truck, spot lights and canister from which a person with a spotlight helment proceeded to cut the tree down from top to trunk.  The debris was thrown in a heap and when the work was done, a second truck came to grind it all up.  The next morning, there was no debris left.  All was clean and tidy.  What a professional job Sunrise tree service did.  We are very grateful for the excellence they did in removing what could have been a very dangerous situation.
