"Sorry for the delay in responding. It appears the work listed was performed at two different homes. I see one proposal was initialed (which is what we ask for approval upfront) and signed by [Member Name Removed] however the work at the first location was only signed by [Member Name Removed]. I am not sure why, as it is our practice to always provide the investment amount upfront before any work is performed. And if the homeowner is not on site we typically will email a picture of the proposal to them and speak on the phone however the plumber will write phone approval in place of the initials. I realize this was several months ago so checking with my plumber it is likely he wouldn't remember however the plumber who served you, while not perfect, is typically very thorough and has been on the AYSP Team for over 30 years! I will be reviewing all standard practices in future training to be sure we are communicating clearly and upfront to give homeowners the opportunity to decide with all the pertinent information beforehand. With the exception of the items you provided the service we performed would be under warranty for one year. Please don't hesitate to give us a call if you experience any challenges.
