Everything went fine from moving a large buffet away from the wall, healing the paper with new glue (it looks great) and returning the buffet back to it's place. "David came out right away to give an estimate and I had the estimate the following day. He was very personable and made sure to tell us a little about himself, his company,and his coworker Zach. We compared estimates and decided to go with David with scheduled work starting on July 28.
David, Zach, and Todd showed up July 28 around 8am. I was told that they had another job that they needed to finish up so Todd would be there all day and David/Zach would be back later.  I ran them through some of the additional work requests that were not included in the original estimate(re-tiling patch in shower, several more patches from the plumbers, baseboard). Received an estimate later that day and they even worked with us by using some left over materials from a previous  job to help lower the cost. 
We stopped by mostly every day, and at least one person was there anywhere between 7-8am and 6-7pm to get things done. There was a miscommunication early on regarding when they would be finished (initially was Thursday, then got pushed back to Saturday), but was able to reschedule all my other contractors so ended up not being a problem.  They also made sure to tell us of any issues they came across (downstairs drywall was pretty affected by the asbestos removal so gave options of just replace whole thing or fix). Really great about giving us quotes right away and not altering that figure after the fact. 
Overall, I think they all did a great job. They were all friendly and personable to talk to, took great care in protecting our floors, and kept us apprised of things as they went...all for a reasonable price. 
Note: Asbestos ceiling removal is pretty intensive and to repair the ceiling after the fact is even more so. We had not planned on repainting, but in order to smooth out the corners between the ceiling and wall, the mud came down about 1 foot (vs a couple of inches).

"We partnered with EA painting for a complete exterior painting of our Sammamish home. Vadim was the first person we interacted with to obtain an estimate. From the very beginning, Vadim set himself apart from the rest of the bidders by his preparedness, use of technology, and frequent communication with us about that project. Most importantly, the bid was very competitive, and they had the reviews to back them up. After agreeing on a statement of work, we were introtuced to Slavic who helped us schedule all the activities and coordinate paint colors, etc. He also was very patient in working with our not so expedient HOA approval. Despite the HOA delay, Slavic was still able to put us on the schedule despite a very busy spring and summer schedule. Finally, the actual painters who worked on our home were Lucy and Carlos. They did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our home, and I would highly recommend them to anyone working with EA in the future. Their attention to detail, daily communication, schedule flexibility, and willingness to accommodate our special requests totally exceeded our expectations. We have a very unique home with complex architecture and a certain character that requires a lot of attention to small details in order for the job to be done right. Lucy and Carlos did exactly that, and more, and we are extremely grateful for their exptertise and craft. "Premier painting did exterior work on my house a few years ago and I was happy with their work. I had some interior work that needed to be done, so I asked for a bid. Mojig came out to do the bid and sent me a written estimate using Benjamin Moore Select Regal paint (my preference). Typically, Premier Painting uses Sherwin Williams Emerald paint. I asked him to add "two coats of paint" to the written contract, as the original contract did not specify two coats. Mojig responded that two coats of paint were not necessary since I was using high-quality Benjamin Moore paint. He also said that if it were really needed for coverage, he would apply a second "light" coat. However, I did not feel comfortable with this, particularly since we were going from a dark brown to a cream color. Plus, the manufacturer recommends two coats of paint and all of my previous painters have used two coats of paint. After I told Mojig that I did not want to proceed with the job, he offered to do two coats of paint. However, by that point, I had lost confidence and decided not to proceed with Premier Painting for interior work."
