We have a very unique home with complex architecture and a certain character that requires a lot of attention to small details in order for the job to be done right. "Painting job was good. Prep work very good. (We have a 1942 house with areas where multiple layers of paint were flaking). Premier used a special primer that sealed and smoothed these areas. We had never heard of this type of primer, and the results were good. Hope longevity will be as well. Only issue was communication. We were not told about the primer and got no description of the prep process until late in the game, which was stressful as a good prep job was important to us."
