We have good references and we do a complete and detailed cleaning. We are licensed, bonded and insured. Estimates are given over the phone or by e-mail. For every new reoccurring customer you send us, we give you a FREE cleaning. We do a detailed cleaning, which includes inside your kitchen oven, microwave, behind and under all furniture and “we keep a consistency, even after months or years of servicing your home or office". We provide janitorial services to businesses (offices, clinics, gyms etc) and residential.

"Very pleased with the professional and friendly service received. Eric, the owner, was professional and easy to work with. I appreciated his help with narrowing the flooring choices to what product would be best for what I needed, ie, stand up to heavy traffic in the entryway as well as being waterproof for the baths and kitchen. He also promptly provided all the documentation required by my HOA for approval of what I wanted done. I kept changing my mind about which direction to lay the flooring, so when it was delivered, Eric helped lay out a box of the flooring so I could get a better idea of how it would look overall, very nice. Dan, the installer was also professional and did a great job. I particularly liked the job done cutting the bottom of the door frames to slip the flooring underneath. Looks like it was just meant to be that way. Since the name of his showroom is Floors and More, I asked if he did counter tops too. He worked with Andrew Shubin at Pro Granite to order the quartz for the kitchen and find remnants for the baths which helped keep the cost down. Very pleased all the way around. I plan to have him install carpet in the near future and possibly replace the tile around the fireplace."

"Vasiliy did a good job on refinishing my old original hardwood floors from the 1940s. It previously had stains, dents and irregularities. After Vasiliy’s crew refinished the floors, it looked great and you could not tell there were irregularities. They were on time, professional and paid attention to detail. After the job I told Vasiliy that a piece of wood wasn’t replaced when they said they would. He made sure to come back and finish that job. I would recommend them again for sure."

We settled on tile since it is a custom size shower and couldn't find a shower pan that would fit. He also replaced the liner and fixed concrete below to ensure we didn't have any other issues. All this while preserving as much of the tavertine shower wall as possible. He did a great job matching our current colors, tavertine tiles that need to be replaced, and grouting."

"Vanderlip Construction brought our ideas and vision to a reality on a master and guest bathroom remodel in our 1961 rambler. Eric is both an organized contractor and an experienced craftsman. He is a thoughtful and very responsive communicator who we could always count on to perform the tasks he scheduled throughout our project. He brought in very skilled team of subcontractors who he made sure didn’t disrupt our home life and office work activities. Eric was generous with sharing his expertise and insights that helped us make decisions on key details. We had about an 80 percent design and selected all the tile, fixtures, and custom cabinets but Eric’s attention to detail brought it all together, especially on our counters and master bath shower. Always patient and friendly, he wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the progression and the outcomes. He’s also committed to backing up his work. I suffered a serious leg injury after the remodel and Eric kindly went the extra step to come to our house and install a new light fixture in our bedroom.
