When he did finally come out to give the diagnostic, he did not have all of the correct equipment to fix the unit at that time. He was supposed to be here Friday at noon and he called about 1:30 pm and said they would not be here until around 3-3:30 pm. I did not hear anything back from anyone until about 6:30 pm that same evening, his partner called thinking we may have been in bed so he called us. I had already paid the other guy directly for the services he gave me that day and I paid for my Big Deal before any of this started for the diagnostic call. The other gentleman did a great job with the actual work. I just do not understand why I am being double billed."
