They did an excellent service and great quality.

I really like them. My only issue is that I had to move my own furniture and they were taking so long I cleaned up. I had to get to work and it was very late.then I moved furniture back as well. Everything else was excellent.

I was very reluctant to hire someone to re-roof my house without sufficient background checks. Several names given to me by other persons didn't have good results on Angies List. What I found was Chehalis Sheet Metal, a very old local company was a short distance from my home. I called them up on a Wednesday. They came out the same day, explained in their opinion what I needed--it all made sense. I hired them. They were to do the job on Friday, but a windstorm prevented it, so they came at 7:15 am on sunday and were completely done by 2:00 PM! Not only do I have a fabulous looking new roof but they completely cleaned up around the house, including sweeping my deck and driveway! My yard man was amazed when he couldn't even find one nail left in the yard! I highly recommend Chehalis Sheet Metal as the best local provider! I spent $6,000 for a 30year guarantee, all new vents, even put in some that were needed and not there on the original! Great company to work with!

I like using local firms. We are a small community and they are a local firm. It seemed like it went smoother and I knew what was going on a bit better. The price was better.

The service man was knowledgeable. They came on time and met their appointment. I thought their pricing was a little high for how much time they spent.

Response was excellent. They have a long backlog so had to wait a while to get on the calendar... but as soon as I engaged them they had a team come over and create a temporary solution until they could make it out to put on the real roof. Once my roofing day arrived they had the entire re-roof complete in 1 day AND they removed all debris associated with the project. Fantastic company!

Very well. Identified the technical issue quickly. "Recharged" the system with supplies serviceman had on board. Also checked air handler and other components. Brought the system up and began working again straight away ! Extremely pleased with this serviceman and company. Would hire again !

I Had Chehalis Sheet Metal come out to check my heater as it wasn't working.  When Heather in the service department and I talked, she told me they did not install the system originally, so thought I should check to see if it was under warranty.  It was no longer under warranty, so I called Heather back. I had trouble finding the number needed to order the parts, so she sent a technician out to assist me in finding the correct number.  Heather got the part in and had Ben at my house first thing this morning to fix the blower so I have heat again.   I have used Chehalis Sheet Metal for several years and I have always been impressed with everyone I have worked with as well as the the level of detail and care they give customers.

Like clockwork! They arrived when they said they would and finished in a timely manner. One day service. The installation was clean and tidy. They cleaned up afterwords. workers were polite and respectfull of my home and worksite. Everything works great!
