Mike told us he would be in Spokane on the 10th of March and that he could do a laundry room sink install in the afternoon. We sent him pictures of the old sink and the plumbing set up. He arrived as promised with all material in hand and within 4 hours he and his apprentice completed the job. The completed project was far better than we had ever hoped for. "We had over 8 inches of water in our crawlspace. When I called, I was quickly put on the schedule. They arrived on time, and even respected my wishes for a phone call when they were on their way. They were incredibly professional and courteous the entire time they were here and they finished on time. The installation was done very well -- not only did they install our sump pump, but they ditched the entire crawlspace and put drainage rock in the ditches to prevent them from caving in. When they were digging the yard up for the piping, they put the dirt in garbage cans to prevent a mess in our yard which we were very appreciative of! You can barely tell they dug up the yard! They put floor protectors on our wood floor so not to ruin them, too. Everything looks great and is working well. We would definitely use them again in the future and I recommend them to anyone needing basement or crawlspace work."

I was surprised to discover the frost-free faucet that had been installed when my house was constructed had blown a hole. I always disconnect the hoses and bring them inside in the fall and cover the outside faucets with Thinsulate booties for protection.
