"I just bought a new house, where one room had a noticeable slope in it. I believe it was because this room used to be the garage before a remodel. I had RamJack come out to check it out to make sure there was not an issue with the foundation. They showed up and looked at the room, checked out the outside and performed some tests with their instruments. He could have scared me and told me that I needed lots of work, because honestly I have no idea about foundations and I was willing to pay to fix the issue on my new house. However, he explained to me that he did not believe there was an issue and that the house was fine. He said when I replace the carpet, to have the flooring people level out the slope and that should take care of it. It is great to work with those who do their best to give you accurate honest advice and not try and use your lack of knowledge against you. All of this was done for no cost, and that is what puts the cherry on top of this story. I know if I ever do have any issue, RamJack is the first place I will call, since if they tell me there is any issue I can trust that there really is one."

"I have had two issues since they installed the new sump pump and irrigation. Issue number one was water still getting passed the new concrete. The other issue is that the new concrete was not level at all which has caused issues with the new flooring I installed. However, their customer service is top notch and will work hard to take care of you."

Unfortunately, the patio sank a couple of inches within a month and they returned again, at no cost, and re-leveled. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
