I also had him install a water softener and a mixer on the hot water tank. I really wanted a gas hot water tank and he explained why the cost of ventilating a gas water heater would not be in my best interest. The existing water tank was not installed per code so he redid the piping on the water heater so it is now per code. Over all I am really pleased with all the work and information Michael did at my home, he is very definitely "My Guy" for all plumbing needs."
