"When I first called to make an appointment I expected to leave a message but someone answered right away and I booked a day and date in no time. So that was great! The day of the service Jacob called to say he would be running late and he arrived in the time frame he said. He explained everything very thoroughly. I have a dog and a cat so I had to keep an eye on them while he did all that work because there would be a back door left open where the hose would be fed through. It took him about 2-3 hours. He also explained and showed me how to clean the air filters. He also showed me a few items that he found while cleaning the ducts. I purchased the service through Angie's list and I also paid an extra $25 per bathroom fan to be cleaned. I would use their services again."

The cleaners showed up right on time and went right to work.   They have  an excellent steam cleaning system in their van which means all the  mess leaves with them. The whole  project took about three  hours and another three hours for the carpet to dry.

He offered and alternative downspout suggestion for my situation. The quote was completely fair and acceptable. We set a date and Walter and helper Mike showed up bright and early and completed the job in less than four hours. They were professional, yet fun to work with.
