"We had some gutter damage from the last wind storm. Thomas Contracting Services came in with the lowest bid of three with a very reasonable price. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism, punctuality, and quality of work. Michelle was fantastic in all of my interactions with her including scheduling. Joel (who also came out to give me the estimate) and Tim did an excellent job removing the old gutter and replacing it with the new. I especially appreciated their flexibility as I slightly changed the plan from the original design. I have worked with many contractors through the years and I consider TCS to be one of the best. "I was very pleased with the experience we had working with this company. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. This company stood out from the beginning because they were the only ones that called me back at a decent hour to schedule a time for someone to drop by to give us an estimate. The other local company we’d reach out to continued to call early in the morning or late at night, despite my asking them to stop. Jeff did a great job of going over our options with us. He listened well, seemed familiar with the products his company had to offer, and was easy to work with. A lot of the time sales people seem to be more focused on pushing a particular product than on figuring out and meeting the actual needs their customers have. Jeff wasn’t like that at all. He talked us through the different products, and made sure we were satisfied with our decision before he left. The installers showed up on time, were pleasant to deal with, did a great job with putting in both the gutter and windows, and made sure they cleaned up after themselves when they had finished. We chose to do business with this company because they not only offered the products we needed for a price we could afford, but also because we felt we could trust them. I still feel that way today. "Evergreen was one of three companies I called and, by far, the least expensive and most informative. I was disappointed that the company we usually use insisted on pumping the tanks just to do the inspection which was about $500 more (though, they were not the ones pumping them). Another company insisted that the county would require pumping as it had been over a year since they were last pumped which was completely false (they would have been pumping them themselves) and would have added substantially to the cost of the inspection. Our tanks are of the size that we should only need to pump them every 3-5 years at most and it had only been about 2.5 years. Evergreen inspected and found that there was absolutely no reason to pump them and that everything was fine. In addition their cost of inspection was lower than the others. I enthusiastically recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. A big kudos to them for being so straight-shooting and reasonably prices. Not only that, they were easy to schedule with which was greatly appreciated!show more

"If I could give 509 Gutters 10 stars, I absolutely would. Matt at 509 gutters went above and beyond for me. My gutter install was a little more complex due to prior damage to my roof and siding and shady repair. He not only installed my gutter, he fixed the part of my roof and siding to do the job properly. I reached out to Matt via phone and he responded and left a voicemail later that evening. Within two weeks my gutters were up and he even cleaned out the old existing gutter on the front of my house. "Excellent! The mason team was rock solid! John T got us a quote, starting date etc. in a timely manner. Once we finlly got our material, (no fault of Black's) Ryan ran a great job with Hunter, Matt, and Ray. The artistry and attention to detail was fantastic. The gutter division came in and Kent got us a very competetive quote. The lead time wasn't great because of the crazy building going on this year but knowing the quality of work we were willing to wait. The next week I got a call that another job was pushed back and they had time to come in and knock it out. We gladly acceptedthe offer and the job was completed to perfection.
