"This was a return to the newly installed bathroom fan, the light did not work. I needed to complete dry wall near the fan, so I had asked that the light portion be wired, but not installed. It was a quick plug in and center screw. Someting I could do. But once I connected the light did not turn on. Harts was able to schedule someone the next day. It was with a diffrent electrician. No problem. He was not familiar with ceiling fixture, but was able to figure out the ground needed to be attached on the night light fixture. Which is not being used otherwise per my request. Fan and light both work."

After I bought the offer and was in touch with J&R Landscape's owner, Ryan, he noted the error and said it would be difficult for them to travel all the way to my neighborhood in Seattle. And yet -- they did! Ryan said "a deal is a deal" and they would honor what Angie's List had offered. Ryan and Andrea W. were first-class professional in everything. Andrea's advice and suggestions for how to improve my landscape, and what rockery design would be best for my location -- it was perfect. I have not yet done the rockery in the backyard, but I took to heart all her suggestions for the front yard, and it looks so much better. I would hire J&R Landscape in a heartbeat -- especially if I lived on the Eastside."

"That was...not thrilling. They did some weeding and planting. They didn't weed it the way I wanted it weeded. They pulled the weeds from the top and did not pull them out by the roots. The weeding didn't last long. They did some plantings too - however my husband did part of the plantings and they did the other part, and my husband's plantings have thrived much better than the landscaping company's plantings."
