Grados Construction pays great attention to detail and are determined to make sure their customer is happy with their work on each project. Grados first finished the work around the new windows installed. They then repaired, filled, etc., walls and corners in preparation to paint inside walls. In one bathroom they had to first remove the wallpaper and prep prior to painting. The OAK trim and molding required great care in taping and painting as seen in the entry way area. The Nook is substantially all windows. Painting the recessed area of the ceiling and doorway required their great skill. We used 2 different colors of white and seal coat to get the effect we wanted. The dining room presented one of the great challenges. The replacement window didn't fit exactly. Grados had to fill in an arch that was extremely difficult. See attached pictures. We were so pleased with their work inside. We hired them to paint the outside of our house. While they brush and roller painted the inside, they power sprayed most of the outside. They were very careful to direct their spray in a manner that did not spray anything other than the house. Excellent Company.
