It is cheaper if you won't replace the cabinet doors, and let them wrap the doors, but we did replace all doors with newer designs and this completely changed the look of our cabinets. I liked the end product -- how it looks right now, however, I have never had the cabinets wrapped in the materials before. I am cautiously optimistic, the company offers 5 years warranty for any defects related to the process and quality of their work (not for damages that are done by people, animals, and other outside forces)."

"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay.
