"Overall very poorly due to the quote for services received. I contacted the owner to get a price quote for the service. I asked for 1200 sq. ft. of carpet and one couch. I received a quote for $384. The Technician arrived on time and was very professional. He measured all the carpeted areas, came up with 794 sq. ft. and gave me a price of $350. Imagine my surprise expecting the price to be significantly lower than the $384 and it was not. the Technician had no explanation. I was contacted by the owner Chris and he said he didn't quote the couch in the price given during our original conversation. I merely wanted to compare price quotes and not be surprised the day of service. And of course I had to take the price and just do it since all our furniture was moved and the inconvenience. I will say the carpet cleaning quality was great."

"Marty was a great communicator, showed up a little early and did a great job. The cost for two rooms was a bit on the high end, in my opinion, and why I took off half a star, but still worth it nonetheless. Update: I had an area rug that needed to be professionally cleaned. Marty picked up, cleaned and dropped off the rug--no charge. I was impressed with this customer service move and have changed my review to 5 full stars. I will be contacting TCP again for 2 more rooms and a hallway that will need cleaning at the end of my big repair project."

"Sound Cleaning was hired at the request of my HOA and does special services by arrangement with homeowners. They did a great job of cleaning my patio which hadn't been cleaned in 2 years. In addition, large pots were cleaned along with the windows, a couple of other patio items and the patio umbrella which was dirtied by the HOA when cleaning gutters and roofs. They did a great job, moved the heavier items, and everything looks fresh and clean. I'd definitely hire them again on my own."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Just bought a house that is about 5 years old. The carpets never looked like they where cleaned, had mild spot's/stains in it. I called Rob on Monday and he quoted me the price of the special that was running through the coupon that came in the mail. He was able to come out the next day, was on-time and actually called and showed up early! Big plus for me! Quality work was done in a timely fashion. Did not try to sell me anything I didn't want, just came in and did what was asked. Also the carpet came out real nice! Was able to remove 99% of everything! I will defiantly use there services again!"

"Joe arrived on time and did a wonderful job on the carpet. I reviewed it when I got there and discovered an area along the wall that didn't seem too clean. Joe came back out and redid the whole carpet, he also apologized, never complained, and wouldn't take any more money for the job he re-did. Excellent service and communication. "Started with purchasing a great deal from a discount website. There were several criteria involved in selecting the company: Angie's List rating, steam clean only, price, & served my zip code (98391). I initially had to contact the company four times: busy signal, left voicemail, sent email, called and they answered. Their scheduling was very convenient and they came in 3 days later. They do give a three hour window in which they will come but will call about 20 minutes before they arrive. Though they do not move furniture since it is only one person, the gentleman that arrived to do the cleaning helped me move our heavy couch. He spoke with us about what has needed for the heavily soiled or stained areas. The extra agitator service was $45 more and only a 1m x 2m space was done. I felt he went took fast once he got started. It was only one quick pass, and I did feel like the water was actually "steam" cleaning. He also could have done a better job trying to suck as much of it up so it didn't take so long to dry. We began walking on it with bags on our feet about 6 hours later with all of our fans and heaters blowing on it, and all the windows open. We could still feel moisture for another 30 hours. Some areas we saw no change, like the stairs, but the area cleaned with the agitator looked 10 times better. Overall we were satisfied, and the value was great, but had we paid full price we may had been disappointed.

"Honestly, I LOVE Ryan's Restoration.  This is a company I've been going to since 2010.  These are great people doing great things for people and their carpets.  I highly recommend these guys and will use them again once I move into my own house again.  There's really not much else to say, they're detail oriented and upfront about costs.  They helped me first in my apartment in 2010.  They stretched the carpet back into place so that there wouldn't be a difference shown with the final walk through.  They cleaned the carpets in my first house also in 2010 and throughout my time there.  My last service with them was in September 2014 where they cleaned my carpets for the last time as I had put my house on the market.  If there's a company you can go to again and again and see familiar faces, people who will remember you, Ryan's Restoration is the company.
