"Overall very poorly due to the quote for services received. I contacted the owner to get a price quote for the service. I asked for 1200 sq. ft. of carpet and one couch. I received a quote for $384. The Technician arrived on time and was very professional. He measured all the carpeted areas, came up with 794 sq. ft. and gave me a price of $350. Imagine my surprise expecting the price to be significantly lower than the $384 and it was not. the Technician had no explanation. I was contacted by the owner Chris and he said he didn't quote the couch in the price given during our original conversation. I merely wanted to compare price quotes and not be surprised the day of service. And of course I had to take the price and just do it since all our furniture was moved and the inconvenience. I will say the carpet cleaning quality was great."

"Sound Cleaning was hired at the request of my HOA and does special services by arrangement with homeowners. They did a great job of cleaning my patio which hadn't been cleaned in 2 years. In addition, large pots were cleaned along with the windows, a couple of other patio items and the patio umbrella which was dirtied by the HOA when cleaning gutters and roofs. They did a great job, moved the heavier items, and everything looks fresh and clean. I'd definitely hire them again on my own."

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Joe arrived on time and did a wonderful job on the carpet. I reviewed it when I got there and discovered an area along the wall that didn't seem too clean. Joe came back out and redid the whole carpet, he also apologized, never complained, and wouldn't take any more money for the job he re-did. Excellent service and communication. "When I first made the appointment for this vacant property, I was given a specific time window of 3-4 hours within which to expect the service person. I was also told that I would receive a call when the service truck was 30 minutes out, which is important, since I don't live there and would not sit there for 3-4 hours. But when the time window came and went, and I didn't hear from them, I called. I was told the provider had gone to the property, but no one was there, so he left!
When I asked why I didn't receive the call, the dispatcher (who sounded very young and attitudinal) informed me that she had not only called me, but had actually spoken to me personally. I told the dispatcher that she had not called, and certainly hadn't spoken to me. She insisted she had. I told her she must have spoken to another client. Then she argued with me about it! Really??? Then, after a brief hold, she came back on the phone and VERY RUDELY asked when I could be at the property. Just as soon as I said and quot;in five minutesand quot;, SHE HUNG UP ON ME! It was all I could do not to call her back and *and %*$#! It really was an amazing experience.
BUT, I needed the carpets cleaned, so I proceeded to the property, where the service provider had just returned ready to do the job. He was a young man, who was extremely sympathetic to my complaints about the dispatcher. I knew it was nothing to do with him, so I didn't take it out on him, but he was still very cordial and told me he would do as well as he could. Which he did.
So this is a mixed review! The provider was perfectly professional. The dispatcher--not so much. In fact, if I were in this owner's shoes, I would consider firing her for her lack of customer service aptitude, which is complete.

"I contacted JTC Cleaning Services through Angies List. When the owner came out I described what I was looking for in gutters and downspouts. He offered and alternative downspout suggestion for my situation. The quote was completely fair and acceptable. We set a date and Walter and helper Mike showed up bright and early and completed the job in less than four hours. They were professional, yet fun to work with. I am more than satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them as a small business owner. Looks great!"

"I very much liked the fact that they use no harmful chemicals (we have several pets).  They made our heavily soiled and pet stained white carpet look great!  They were friendly and explained everything, gave us several options to address our particular needs.  My only complaints are they arrived 15 minutes late without calling, and the add ons came to more than I have ever paid before for carpet cleaning.  That said, it was money well spent and I highly recommend this service.
