I had them come out last week to replace 2 sprinkler heads and then noticed the next day a different sprinkler head was broken. I called the office and explained the problem, and they said they would send someone back out and not charge labor, since he was just there the day before. Jose came back out today and fixed it and only charged me for the parts! I will definitely use them again!"

"If there was something I asked him to do that wasn't a good idea, he explained what would happen and how to keep from ruining the liner. He gave me a lot of information I would have had to dug up on the internet in order to get the ponds to come up the way I wanted it. I wanted easy maintenance, plants and a variety of things. The last thing they did was guarantee that if the liner started leaking, or anything went wrong they would come back and fix it."

"Getting the install scheduled was difficult: our calls were often unreturned and when we called on our own, we were not able to schedule the install. It wasn't until we threatened to cancel that a date was scheduled for installation. When the patio was installed, there were no borders to keep the pacers in place, leaving us to perform that work on our own. He have also had to add an additional 3 bags of sand to fill the cracks and complete that patio. The pacers look great and the work was done very quickly but the challenges in scheduling and the incomplete work preclude us from using this business again in the future."
