"The sub-contractors were good, they did their job. The owner came out, took measurements and designed the footprint of the kitchen. In that footprint is an island. According to his calculations the island was way too big. We ended up having to cut 7" off of the counter top in order for it to fit the room. He wanted us to have to pay for the counter top to be cut although it was in his design. The wooden doors did not fit right, so we had to go back and forth with the door company. They were taken back to the door company and they trimmed them. To this day the doors are still not right. I would not use Kitchen Design Center Ltd again if it is the owner that takes the measurements."
