Padilla Construction

Being new to Yelm, I reluctantly hired Padilla Construction to remodel my bathroom and build a second master bath. Right away I was really impressed with the personal service that Dave provided. Every step of the project was reviewed with me and he went out of his way to make sure he was doing what I envisioned. All the workers that he had working on my project were totally awesome and they have become like friends to the family. The showers and floors were custom tile and the quality was excellent. It now feels like we are walking into a five star hotel bathroom. I have already had Dave and crew do additional work and they are coming back again when we are ready for our next project.

Padilla Constructions' work on our home was amazing and the project turned out even better than we were hoping. Dave and his crew were a pleasure to have in our home. Their work was impeccable and precise. We would highly recommend Padilla Construction for any work needed. We will definitely have the crew back for future work in our home.

Padilla Construction is dependable, affordable, and competent. They fixed my damaged laundry room and now it looks just like it did before the water damage, (caused by a leaky tub upstairs). They remodeled that same upstairs bathroom and their work is excellent. THE IMPORTANT INFO: Padilla Construction will work the smaller jobs. My bathroom remodel was considered too small by every other construction company in my area. To me this means that Padilla Construction is reliable! A company to call when I need help with my home. I already hired Padilla Construction again to put laminate floor treads on my indoor staircase. My recommendation is to hire Padilla Construction.

Dave did a kitchen remodel on my rental after water damage required cabinets and flooring to be replaced. He did excellent work so when someone drove into the corner of the rental garage in Dec 2019, I hired him to fix the foundation, replace the siding, and install a new door. Again, he did exceptional work. I hired him to remodel my bathroom spring of 2020. I still gaze around and appreciate the difference the remodel made. Nov 2021, a storm blew a tree branch through my roof. He removed the branch, repaired the roof, replaced the area of the ceiling impacted, sprayed the popcorn on the ceiling and applied 2 coats of paint. His rates have always been reasonable. His work is consistently exceptional. I know if I need work done in the future, I will reach out to Padilla Construction first.

It went extremely smoothly. There was great communication throughout the process and the work was excellent.

We were very happy with Dave and his crew, they were professional, clean and courteous. Dave was helpful with his suggestions and it was easy to get in touch with him, he made sure we were happy and satisfied with all the work. I appreciated that Dave and his crew started and completed the projects quickly and did very good work. I will absolutely hire Padilla construction in the future!

It went very well. Had previous contractors who never completed what was to be done. Dave always showed up at time he scheduled. Had great ideas to improve the projects. Very easy to work with. Will definitely use his services in the future as needed.

They did an excellent job. Pretty much on budget with the estimate and on time. The best thing was how professional everybody who worked for Dave was. They found things within my home and made some recommendations that really saved a lot of future hassle.
