My only concern was the cost of the job, which was considerably more than I expected, and I felt that at least one component of the overall quote was quite unreasonable. Because this seemed excessively expensive to me, I looked online and found the required expansion tank at Home Depot for $39.50. So I went to Home Depot and purchased the expansion tank for $39.50, but I still had to pay Harts the $233.00 for installation of the expansion tank, which took the installer approximately 15 minutes."

"It went great and it's good to see the fence standing again.  Kairos was responsible, hard-working, efficient, and picked up their work area.  I am very pleased with the work that was completed and it was done for a reasonable price.  I was glad I was able to hire Kairos - it was a fluke that thhey came out this far from their service area, but I'm very glad they did.  I felt that I received the service I paid for, which was labor for fence repair.  If there is a next time, I'll have some pickets available to catch the couple that we all missed seeing. It's a relief to have working gates again and a repaired fence!  Thanks!
