"JBRS has zero post sale customer service and their products are cheap & grossly overpriced! I have been waiting for 3+ weeks for anyone to respond to an itemized Punchlist of issues after both a shower & a shower/tub replacement. Issues include: Lost water pressure, poor preforming Jacuzzi fixtures, drainage problems, shower pan no longer supported by subfloor (= bouncy feel), yellow stains left on cheap hollow plastic shelf brackets, grout lines in both bathrooms do not align, walls left out of plumb, marginal clean up, etc. Worst of all: No attempt to make contact after email & mailing attempts and filling multiple satisfaction surveys! Last week, I instructed the bank financing their 12 month no interest/no payment promotion to withhold the 50% balance still owed. Still no response! Unbelievable! Do Not Use Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle!"

"ORGINIAL POST: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! After spending over $2,000 on pumping, inspection and camera work, I had one simple request- WAIT 30 DAYS BEFORE SUBMITTING FINDINGS TO THE COUNTY! We were trying to work the problem. I called TWICE about this and was told both times, no problem, we will wait. They submitted it this morning. Because they did not respect my wishes to wait, I now have to pay over $20,000 through the county when we had a plan in place to avoid that and get it fixed independently. Go with a company that follows instructions, not absolutely ruins your life. Thanks for the 10 year debt I will now have due to your negligence. My realtor and contractor will be referring all other agents and all clients elsewhere, and notifying them all of this unprofessional behavior. EDIT: Here's how I would have expected Serena, the office manager I spoke to today to enter the conversation: yes, you're absolutely right, we did breach agreement, how can we make it right? Here's what happened: per her: "there was a human error that was not our fault. The result would have been the same no matter what" (no it would not have and she has no way of knowing that). "I have you on record asking not to submit it at all" (I told her yes I did say that, then asked what's the extension period, and we're getting off track). "Here's the history of your septic system" again no, we're getting off track. You admitted three times in this conversation you breached our verbal contract. You say the results would have been the same no matter what, but that's absolute garbage- no way she'd know that. If you truly have nothing to hide, and know you messed up (which you admitted to) send me the phone recordings I requested not respond "we will be happy to do that upon getting subpoenaed.""

Re-grading involved excavation of the old gravel (to lower the drive), removal of some large rocks which were encountered, and hauling away of all the excavated material. New gravel was then spread and compacted. I am completely happy with the work and Pinpoint. Pinpoint was professional, with good equipment, arrived on time, did what they said they would do, completed the work promptly, didn't leave a mess, and provided a great looking job. I would definitely hire Pinpoint again. "
