We were trying to work the problem. I called TWICE about this and was told both times, no problem, we will wait. They submitted it this morning. Because they did not respect my wishes to wait, I now have to pay over $20,000 through the county when we had a plan in place to avoid that and get it fixed independently. Go with a company that follows instructions, not absolutely ruins your life. Thanks for the 10 year debt I will now have due to your negligence. My realtor and contractor will be referring all other agents and all clients elsewhere, and notifying them all of this unprofessional behavior. If you truly have nothing to hide, and know you messed up (which you admitted to) send me the phone recordings I requested not respond "we will be happy to do that upon getting subpoenaed.""
