40 Took 12 weeks to get materials. Shower pan had a permanent stain but was installed anyway. A crack was found in the porcelain. Manufacturer determined it was not a defect but a result of either being dropped or improperly installed. Certified mail sent to installer ignored for weeks....
Very well. Called at 11:00am and they had repair done by 5:00pm. The experience was satisfactory and well done. The associate was friendly and cleaned up after himself. Would call again.
