Finally, installer Jason Turner, who is personable , polite and fast, did the demolition and completed the installation work — all solo, starting yesterday and finishing today — with impressive skill and professionalism, PLUS he left the Bathroom cleaner than when he started!"

Both craftsmanship and expertise were exemplary, pricing competitively fair and reasonable, communication excellent regarding scheduling and needs for minor modifications, and working with this highly professional team could not have been a more positive or pleasant experience. Removal of old materials and cleanup was spotlessly performed. Did I mention they also replaced all carpeting on my lower level with the same exceptional professional skills? I unequivocally recommend Innovative Restoration for any and all remodeling projects. I certainly will not be looking beyond this gem of a company for my future projects!"

"The sales associate that came out to our house was amazing. That is the only reason why this company is getting three stars. I understand that they are high-quality work but just to remodel my bathtub was $24,000. I can remodel my whole entire bathroom for less than 15,000 and that is including bathtub toilet flooring and a new vanity, I understand it is high-quality but what is the likelihood that somebody is gonna live in their house for 40 to 50 years let alone every 10 to 15 years outdated I am so sorry but I am not paying five times the amount just because you are a namebrand"

"It was nice to find someone I can trust. The price was higher than I thought it would be but insurance paid for it and my agent said the price was reasonable. The technician that they sent was very knowledgeable, professional, and really nice to work with. He has been in the business a long time and he took pictures the whole time. They sent me a copy of the bill but they billed insurance directly. They set up the fans and they called when they were coming to check the moisture levels. I think that they did a good job cleaning up and I am satisfied with it."
