"Bryan Rodriguez, the owner of Nord Fence, undertook the installation of a covered patio at my property. I am writing to confirm that Bryan and his team failed to execute this job by industry standards and best practices. The company improperly attached a covered terrace to my existing roof. After several expert roofing assessments, it has been determined that their work did not comply with established roofing codes and regulations. Consequently, my entire roof now requires replacement due to the structural integrity being jeopardized by condensation and water damage resulting from the negligent installation. Furthermore, the actions of this company have compromised the integrity of my metal roof, which may expose them to potential liability for damages incurred. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, Bryan has been unaccountable and has not followed through on any communications. "After having the house painted it was discovered that the patio cover was damaged by standing on the cover. Called AA Patio and had Chad conduct a site survey and make a recommendation. He recommended and we concurred to replace 4 solid panels with the Lexan panels. They were ordered and installed within a 40 day period by Chad & his Son Jake. From start to finish it took less than 90 minutes at a price that was very reasonable. We would strongly recommend AA Patio to any home owner looking for a quality long lasting cover for their deck or patio."
