I got to feel where all the leaks were coming from in my house and see where we were missing insulation. I'd recommend having them come out and do this before having anyone do insulation. "Insulation Northwest did a fantastic job insulating my 1944 house recently, with Drill & Fill in ground-floor walls never before insulated, plus a complete insulation of the second floor attics and interior walls. They were super-careful cutting and drilling my old cedar shakes, replacing them perfectly and caulking them afterwards. They worked around plants without damaging a thing while doing the walls outside. I have old lath and plaster walls but blowing in the fill left not even a hairline crack or any trace on the inside.
