I've filled up my food container again and again with the vines since then. I'm disabled, which is why I paid Francisco to remove the vines, and it's very difficult for me to now do the work he was paid to do. Francisco now wants to charge me $350 to do the exact same work he failed to do the first time around. This man is a con artist and a scammer."
