$1300 to unclog a sink and convince an elderly couple that their 4year old house needed a new garbage disposal and at that sold them the premium top of the line. Very disappointing that someone would take the opportunity to make money off elderly.
The entire staff was responsive and helpful. Repairs were clearly explained. Plumbers were timely and clean. They listened to what I wanted and needed. Additionally, they found and repaired a leak that could have become a serious problem.
