"This was NOT an install...it was duct and vent cleaning and disinfecting. I'd had an emergency dog and cat fostering event and my landlord, who is deathly allergic, asked me to make sure the ducting was thoroughly cleaned prior to the install of the new furnace. The guys at Best Air Duct Services contacted me within minutes of me posting my service request (usually it takes contractors hours, sometimes days, to get back to me). They fitted me in even though it was short notice. On the day, they called to see if they could come EARLY (Why, yes that would be Wonderful!). They left info for my landlord on things he could do to minimize allergens in the house (including sealing some gaps they found). They SHOWED me everything they did so I could make sure my landlord had all the info he needed. Very customer oriented. Thanks guys!!"

"When I first called to make an appointment I expected to leave a message but someone answered right away and I booked a day and date in no time. So that was great! The day of the service Jacob called to say he would be running late and he arrived in the time frame he said. He explained everything very thoroughly. I have a dog and a cat so I had to keep an eye on them while he did all that work because there would be a back door left open where the hose would be fed through. It took him about 2-3 hours. He also explained and showed me how to clean the air filters. He also showed me a few items that he found while cleaning the ducts. I purchased the service through Angie's list and I also paid an extra $25 per bathroom fan to be cleaned. I would use their services again."
