The kit is non-refundable and sold by a separate company. They do not tell you that. They transfer you to who you think is another employee to advise about remediation and they are actually transferring you to a completely different company. I was very disappointed when I learned all that. That company does not send out an itemized list of what you paid for unless you ask for it. It has been four days and after spending close to two thousand dollars I have yet to know what I bought."

This was done five days later; the equipment and tent were removed as anticipated. The entire project was professionally and efficiently completed and we are ready to hand off the project to another contractor to reseal the openings and paint."
