"The Black Hills people are amicable and managed the work quickly. There was no hassle at all. They arrived on time and left the work area clean. I have had several large projects done by Black Hills, water heater, and heating/ AC, so I decided to use them for this small project to replace an existing kitchen faucet. I am pleased with the quality of the work, and the Black Hills staff's engagement, my only SLIGHTLY negative would be that they seemed to be more expensive than I would expect for the job. When they quoted the price, I thought maybe there was more to do than met the eye, but given the whole job took less than 45 min it seemed very straightforward, so the price seemed a bit high."

"My 20 year old furnace died on a cold Thursday evening and I got online to find a company to replace it. After entering my contact info, I immediately received a text message from the company's owner, Casey, making himself available for me if I wanted to talk by phone. I had him call me, and he checked in to see what the problem was, what I wanted to do, and to be sure I had heat for the evening. He even offered to drive space heaters to my home if needed, even though he was at least 45 minutes away. He then scheduled to meet with me at my convenience the next day to look at my home and discuss options. During the meeting, Casey was very personable, knowledgeable,and professional about the products and services his company offered and helped me design a heating/air conditioning system to replace my old, inefficient furnace and wall a/c and insulate existing ducts. He also referred me to my utility company to see if rebates were available, which there were. The workers who installed the products were pleasant, professional, and skilled and ensured that their work met the city's requirements so that I was eligible for the rebate. I am very happy with the products and services I received from them and would recommend them to anyone having problems with their heating/air conditioning units or looking to upgrade to more efficient systems.

"He was very professional and showed up when he said he would. I showed him the water heater, he did some checks- voltage and ohms to see if elements and thermostats were good. He said he could hear some water running so we went out and opened the crawl space and sure enough there was a water leak. he went and got the materials that he needed to resolve the leak, fixed the leak.
