Excellent company. Professional with great customer service. Jeff, whom I talked to about installing a whole home water filtration system was friendly and knowledgeable. He addressed my concerns and answered questions I had. Shane, who installed the filtration system was also great; friendly and very knowledgeable. He walked me through everything and provided an abundance of information. I love the information packets I got - they're put together nicely!

We hired them for a leak under our kitchen sink. They came out the SAME DAY we called and made a repair. Unfortunately it took two more trips out to us before the leak was totally resolved. But they did come back in a timely manner, were very courteous, and that says a lot for them. I'd give them a 5 if the problem was fixed the first time, and I do recommend them.

We are so happy we had The Water Doctors install our Kinetco water softener system in our Shelton Washington home. We put off having a water treatment system when the first company wanted over $8000 for a electric system. The Kinetco system is much less expensive and uses clean water to flush. We have noticed the significant difference already. Shane and one other installer arrived on time and took just about 3 1/2 hours to install with water being secured for only a few minutes. Shane did an awesome job explaining the system and how to take care of it. When all was done there was no mess and fresh clean water in our home.
