Standard cabinet handles are anywhere between 4 inches and 7 inches. A safe bet is choosing a drawer or cabinet handle that is about one-third of the drawer or cabinet door, leaving one-third of space on each side of the handle.

You can remove stripped screws with some elbow grease and an extractor kit for severe cases. Don’t forget to purchase replacement screws or hardware.
