The plumber came out and went under the house twice, without being sure what the problem was. We (the plumber and me) determined that when you stand in the shower it leaked. He said the problem was the mortar under the shower and it would cost approximately $650 to fix. Two weeks later I started looking on Angie's again and reading reviews. After much reading, I called Jerry. I explained the situation to him on the phone and he asked if I had a tile floor in the shower. I don't, I have a one-piece fiberglass shower. He then told me I wouldn't have mortar under the shower and he could fix it for $100. This conversation happened on Monday. I scheduled him for Friday. Well this is Friday and Jerry was here approximately 30 minutes and charged me $100. The drain had broken off from the pipe, all he had to do was move it and he could tell. What a great guy!!!! Honest and efficient. It is great, what a relief. I have a plumber that I trust for life. Yippeeee!!
