Spa Doctor, came out, and was willing to educate me on care of a hot tub! But then, I was worried that I would forget to do the regular monthly needs of our hot tub and so they come out and do it for me! Its great! They send a reminder that they are coming, show up, do the work and our tub works beautifully! Spa Doctor is very upfront about costs and makes you feel like a part of their family and not just a mark to squeeze as much money from you they can. It was in desperate need of a good cleaning plus there was a weird error code on it as well. Shondell came out to clean it for us, but stopped, called me out, and explained what the error code was and what was needed to fix it. They really helped us make an educated decision on the repair, ordered the part and then Cameron came out to fix the unit. Our hot tub is now fully functional, nice & clean and ready to use and we couldn't be happier with the knowledge & service that the staff at the Spa Doctor gave us. - THE SPA DOCTORI hired the Spa Doctor to fix my hot tub. It's still broken, and I've never been happier! They came out, checked the problem and returned to install a new heater. Unfortunately, there were still electrical problems. Karen in their office contacted the manufacturer, and found out the spa is older that we thought. She detailed out how expensive it would be to get the spa running, which was too much for such an old tub. Another tech was sent out to see if there was any way we could do a quick repair. When we agreed not to proceed with more repairs, she had one of her staff come back and remove the new heater at no cost! I was only charged for the initial visit- not the install, the extra visit from the tech, or the removal!! When I install a new spa, you can be sure I'll always call the Spa Doctor for any upkeep or repairs

He spliced and installed the pump and works great now and no loud noise. They were slightly out of their area of work but did it anyway. Thank you SPA DOCTOR. They were also very reasonable. Others were going to charge my almost twice what they did just to come out. Was worth it

"Slabjack was very responsive in coming out, assessing my repair, and providing a proposal. The Slabjack crew arrived on time, were professional and friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. They discussed my repair before starting the work, even though they obviously knew what was in the proposal, and took my wishes into account when they did the repair. I'm VERY pleased with the result!

"My job needed: move my 8x8 hot tub from Bonney Lake to Whidbey Island. Called them up and got a quote for the move. It was half the price of their competitors. $900! I would have paid $1900 with the other moving companies. (I got their quote). They showed up within the window they gave me. 3 huge guys who handled that tub with ease and care placed on the new pad I had poured the week before exactly as I had asked. They were very polite, kind and courteous. It took them all of 15 minutes to unload that hot tub and place it on my pad. Great team. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above.

"We got several bids and researched for a very long time on who we would have do the resurfacing and retiling project for our pool. After talking to several contractors Orca Pacific seemed to be the best value and they were recommended highly by our local community pool. Since the project was started in the winter there were weather problems that were beyond their control so we understood the the delays. Because there was a metal light fixture that was left out in the rain that was connected with the pool light, we got a very large rust stain before the pool was resurfaced. After expressing our concern many times to the jobs forman we were assured they had taken care of the problem, but obviously they had not. Also the surface of the pool was much more irregular, almost Tie Dye look than I had expected. My husband has not gotten any resolution for the rust problem and called over a month ago. On the whole, Ben, the owner is very professional and was wonderful with the installation and problem solving on the clorinater that we put in. The tile work on the pool was excellent, but the surface and rust issue which they still have not resolved causes me to really down grade their service. All that being said I think they are an A company were Ben is involved but not so much on his surfacing subcontractors.
