"<p>Ordered April 22, 2015 and informed that it would take a couple of weeks. I called several times to inquire when they would arrive.</p>
<p>Installed incorrectly June 29th. Installer was scheduled "after 3" and called twice to say he was running late and finally arrived at 7:45 PM. The following day we called about the lopsided installation and he returned the next day to fix the problem. He said they awnings hadn't come with installation directions.</p>
