Great! They emailed ahead to see if it would be ok if they came early. Two women cleaned for about 3 hours, and their work was checked by the owner before leaving. The house was so clean!

They did a great job. The service was terrific. The owner was very flexible with the pricing. I didn't really know what I wanted so she gave me an hourly rate and then gave me three girls. I didn't know how long it was going to take so she couldn't give me a fixed price. She sent over three women who ended up working at house for 7 or 8 hours. They did not stop. They worked and worked and worked and worked and never even took a break for seven hours. I gave them water and they were very pleasant. I went around and showed them what I wanted done.I worked with them myself. They just went above  and beyond. I'm sad that I didn't write a review because I really thought they were great. She was very nice,. She came over and looked at the house first and we talked about what I wanted done and that turn, she came up with the idea. She cam over and gave me an estimate first and then we decided on a hourly rate.

it feels like a whole new house!  They had deep cleaned everything while we were on spring break and we were able to walk in, exhausted from a 15 hour drive, to a fresh clean house.  we loved it.  it even smelled new!  my big pet peeve is when people just clean around things instead of moving them, cleaning, then putting them back.  they even made sure there were hand towels, soap, extra TP and bath towels in all of our bathrooms.  
we kind of felt like we went to the wrong house, but loved it so much we stayed!!  we are already scheduled this week.  These ladies must have the magic touch because even our kids' rooms looked habitable!!!  They were a pleasure to schedule with, i felt like the woman who we worked with, Sue Ann Giebler, was a long lost friend.  
this is my first review, but i just had to share!!!

It was great!  First, Cata was able to get us in on VERY short notice.  This was our first time using this provider therefore, we were nervous but thankful that they were able to squeeze us in.  We quickly found that our nerves were unwarranted.  Karen and Desi showed up on time and went straight to work.  They cleaned the blinds, the window sills, the base boards, everything on the walls, obviously the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, etc., and they cleaned it all in just two hours.  After walking through the house, we are even more pleased than the cursory glance because we can see that they paid attention to the little details.  We will use Altogether Clean again and we will request Karen and Desi!

They are fantastic.  They're responsive to special requests on a last minute notice. They send me a reminder each week. The value is well worth what I pay for them. I never have any complaints about the young lady who comes. I don't have to tidy up after them.

Excellent, reliable, very accommodating to our schedule, friendly housekeepers, and Catalina, the scheduler, couldn't have been more responsive or flexible with our changeable schedules. I hated to give them up when we sold our town home, but highly recommended them to our buyers. At our suggestion, our neighbor has also been using them and very satisfied.

I thought they did a really good job.  Minor items like one baseboard were once missed, but detail items like windowsills, tops of appliances, tops of pictures were dusted.  I like 'em. I think they are good value.
Also I travel a lot. They were very flexible when I had schedule changes around the holiday. Good people that I feel comfortable having in my home.

I found Altogether Clean on Angie's list when I needed a last minute cleaning for a house we were moving out of. Sue Ann was very accommodating and was able to fit us into their busy schedule. Her house cleaner was very nice and did a wonderful job. The house looked amazing! We then went on to use Altogether Clean again a week later with the new house before moving in. Thanks Sue Ann!

I first contacted Altogether Clean for an initial cleaning of my 1,760 sf. condo. The manager was very professional, came out for an initial overview, scheduled a time and emailed me a reminder. The 2 ladies who came were efficient, very nice and did a great job. After that, I wanted them come monthly for just 3 hours. They were very accommodating with my difficult schedule, sent a team of 2 people for 1 1/2 hours on a Saturday, and did an excellent job.

They are great. They are very reliable. They have always given me good workers. If I have any problems they have always got right on top of them. They filled the schedule when someone who works for me regularly has been ill. They have always been very helpful in trying to find someone to fill the spot. I have one particular employee who works for me every week and it’s not a rotating crew that comes in. Over the number of years I have had a number of different housekeepers from them. I will absolutely use them in the future.

The owners came out to give us a bid. They are professional, yet laid back and we agreed to the work to be performed quickly. Easy to pay with online payments. No taxes to worry about

My first experience with this company did not go well.  Angie's List called and asked how my first experience went and I provided feedback.  I also emailed the cleaning company to discontinue services.  I immediately got an email back with profuse apology and they offered to clean my house again at NO CHARGE.  They did so and the results were much improved.  I have found them to be very responsive and anticipate continued use of their services.

Very professional company, just a little high

They always do a great job and I feel the price I pay is more than fair. 

I was not pleased with them.  They charged an initial deep clean fee.  For me deep clean means they should do cobwebs and deep clean.  My house was not very dirty.  When I came home because they had dusted there was lint on the furniture, so I had to re dust it.  I had to pack him a couple of the rugs and had to do sweeping because there was some stuff on the floor.  I didn’t think they were very detailed with the cleaning.  I was astounded by their price.  All the sources I talked to mentioned $75 even for my little 1000 square foot house.  They provide a monthly service, but I have canceled it.

They are very professional. They are very responsive and very trustworthy. They are great with my kids.
