Olga has cleaned for me for 15 years. A couple of the people on her team have been with her for a long time. She looks after her employees and they always do a great job. I highly recommend Cali Cleaners if you're looking for a trustworthy, honest housecleaning service.

Cali Cleaners cleans every two weeks. They are excellent. They arrive on time, clean all the major areas of the house, and do so efficiently and quickly. It is so nice to come home to a clean home. Olga, the owner, accompanies the team; and, in the rare instance, when she can't, she calls to let us know and check that that is okay with us. I highly recommend them.

my mother is selling her home and needed a crew to clean her house from top to bottom. i live out of town, so arranged olga's cleaning service via phone. she returned my calls every time i left a message and was prompt with her response. the house was cleaned thoroughly and my family was pleased. her crew was in and out in 3 hours, so the bill was reasonable. our appointment was set for 2:00, but crew did not arrive until 3:00, that was the only hiccup re; service, but was not a huge issue. the weather and traffic in seattle can be unpredictable, so it was totally understandable.

Olga and her team do a terrific job. It’s great to come home after a long day to a clean home. My son looks forward to seeing the creative ways they organize the stuffed animals on his bed :)

Olga and her staff always leave my house sparkling! I've had other house cleaning services, but none have provided consistently great service like Olga does. I would highly recommend Cali Cleaners. They are dependable, always on time and consistently provide great service.

Olga and Cali Cleaners are outstanding.  They come clean our two bedroom house every other week.  Olga arrives with her team of 1-2 housekeepers, and they are very efficient.  She brings and buys all her own supplies.  The house always looks amazing after they leave.  And Olga personally cleans our master bedroom, which gives me peace of mind with our more important things.  She may not be the cheapest option, but she is well worth any premium.  Not only do they do a thorough job cleaning, but they also pick up around the house and take out all the garbage and recycling.  It's lovely.  Olga will tell you she's sometimes slow to respond to initial emails, so if you don't hear back immediately, it's because she's busy doing well by her customers.  That said, once you're a customer, she'll happily give you her cell phone and respond to texts anytime (say, to change the time you'd like her to come or if she wants to let you know something about the house).  Olga runs a great business and I would suggest you give her a try.

Have been cleaning my house for a year every 2 weeks. They do a good job and aren't afraid to move things around to clean. They also have been very tolerant of my pets. Olga and her crew are very professional and pleasant to deal with.

They are the best, we've had weekly cleaning done by them for about 6 months now, they are FAST and efficient.    They leave the whole house looking and smelling CLEAN!  We have used them for our rental properties too, they perform a fantastic service.  We have had several other cleaners in the past and they couldn't even come close to Cali Cleaners.  Just hire them, you won't be disappointed!

The team arrived and got right to work. Very professional and competent. Olga described what they would be doing - I had a clear idea of what I could expect. They removed stains in the bathroom that had been there for a year or more. The toilets and bath tubs look brand new!!

Olga and her crew, two other ladies, come to clean my house either every month or bi-weekly. They always arrive on time and are very professional. They are very quick and do all the cleaning they promise and anything extra they may find or I ask them to do, within reason. She brings all of her own equipment and cleaning supplies. The house is immaculate. All of the ladies are trustworthy.

In fact Olga and her crew have gone above and beyond. Our house was broken into and she tracked us down, contacted police and insured everything was in good hands.

We have always had a terrific experience with Olga and her team.  Overall we have been very happy each and every time she has cleaned for us. We have her come on a regular basis and she remembers how we like things to be done. She also is happy to adjust what she does room to room based on our needs.Olga and her helpers are very professional and courteous and she likes our 2 silky terriers.  Thats crucial. 

Generally Olga always gets back to me when i call her to scheule her on an ad hoc basis. There are times when she is very busy and sometimes runs a little late.  But she always keeps me informed and its worth the wait since she always does such a good job.  We trust olga and her team  and we would recommend her.

Olga made arrangements to visit my condo one evening after 6:30 which worked well.  Based on the size of my condo and cleaning requirements I received a quote of 60$ for cleaning every three weeks.  I have had two visits as of this writing and I am extremely pleased with the service.  In addition to the usual cleaning the staff even took out my recycling materials.  If you are in the market for a quality cleaning company I can recommend Cali Cleaners.

The first time they came, which was over nine months ago,I had them do a deep clean which was really nicely done and since then they help keep things maintained at a clean level. I would recommend Olga and her crew to anyone who wants an honest, hard working cleaning service to come to your home and do a great job every time. They are reasonably priced and usually on-time when they say they are coming.

Olga and I made arrangements, she called on her way out, and arrived when she said she would.  She was responsive to specific requests and was extremely professional and a very pleasant person.  I will not hesitate to call her again, and would like to schedule regular visits so that we can enjoy this clean house all the time!

Olga and her crew came to do the initial 'deep cleaning' on our 2000 sq ft home in July 2011.  We had a little difficulty scheduling them, as they are very busy.  When they arrived, they were very efficient and organized, brought their own cleaning supplies, and did a thorough job in a reasonable time (3+ hours). 

Olga supervises and works alongside her team personally, which is fantastic.  She will consult with you on any special cleaning needs (for us, stainless steel appliances needing polish).  She will also immediately ask you about anything she is not sure about cleaning before touching it, which I appreciated. 

We are repeat customers now and have used them for monthly cleanings.  They are still doing the same excellent job.  Due to their schedule they are not always on time, but Olga always calls to let me know when they are running late and when to expect them.  I have found them to be very courteous and professional.

Everything has been good so far. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. They are very friendly and punctual as well. They provide a service.

Olga has been cleaning my house for approximately 2 years.  Olga, her husband and her cleaning crew do an outstanding job.  Each time Olga comes she asks if there is something special that needs to be done.  Otherwise, she reliably cleans the standard agreed upon things that should be cleaned every time or every other time and does a great job at it. 

Olga is always on time and always very pleasant.  It is clear that doing a good job and keeping her client happy are really important to her.  What a find!

 

Cali Cleaners has been cleaning my house for over 2 years.  We hired them after trying two other cleaning services. What a difference!  Cali Cleaners consistently does an outstanding job.  It is a family-run business, and I think this is what makes the difference.  The owners, Olga and Jorge, take a lot of pride in their business and it shows.  They are professional, friendly, and thorough.  They do much of the work themselves, so they know my home and know how to get it clean. With the first cleaner we tried, it was a bigger business and we would get a different cleaning crew each time, so the cleaning results were inconsistent or just plain sloppy.  They also had a list of things they wouldn't clean (inside of microwaves, windows).  I would have to communicate through a manager in the office, and my messages would sometimes never make it to the cleaning crew.  It was disappointing to come home and feel like there were a bunch of strangers in my home, and it still wasn't clean. With the second cleaner we tried, it was a small business, but the gimmick was environmentally friendly cleaning.  The owner would come do the cleanings, but she would constantly ask me what I wanted her to clean.  And her "green" products didn't get things clean, and then to top it off, she'd always put the garbage and recycling in the wrong containers.  This business seemed more concerned about gimmicks, than actually cleaning. With Cali Cleaners, I don't have any of these issues.  It's very easy and simple.  They come in and thoroughly clean my house.  They do exactly what is needed without a lot of questions.  I communicate directly with Olga, and she is easily available by email or phone.  She is always accommodating of changes in routine and schedule.  Likewise, she is also good at communicating any changes in her routine or schedule as well.  They are very warm and friendly, so I don't feel like I have a bunch of strangers in my house.  It was difficult for me to hire a cleaning service in the first place, but Cali Cleaners made the decision a no-brainer.  They are professional, friendly, honest, trustworthy, and do an outstanding job of cleaning my house.

The whole cleaning went very goodly.

Based on Angie's List reports, we contacted Cali Cleaners in December of 2009. Olga Gonzalez met with me to review the work that needed to be done and she soon got back to me with a proposal. Price was higher than two other services that quoted our cleaning requirements but I liked the idea of having a locally-owned small business do the work, and Olga made a very good impression on me. We made the decision to go with Cali Cleaners and they have been cleaning our company's office areas for almost a year and a half. We're very happy with the quality and service.  Olga, Jorge, and crew are exceptional people.

I have been very pleased with the housecleaning service that Cali Cleaners has provided. It is a pleasure to come home from work and find my house is sparkling clean.
